Our people

MTI Holland currently has about 60 dedicated employees. Our team consists of experienced engineers in the field of dredging engineering, mining engineering, process engineering, geophysics, geology and geo-techniques, ship dynamics and design, mechanical engineering, fluid dynamics engineering and multi phase dynamics engineering. About 15% of our staff hold a PhD degree.

Apart from being IHC Merwede's knowledge centre, MTI Holland also functions as a talent pool. At MTI Holland there are always a number of students present, mostly from international technical universities, performing research for their graduation projects. Whenever possible these students will be offered the opportunity to grow further in the IHC Merwede organisation.
