Testing laboratory

The development of new technologies and components often require large-scale testing of various aspects prior to application in the full-size dredging equipment. MTI Holland's testing laboratory, a large components and system laboratory, enables MTI Holland to perform tests of this kind.

These facilities include 150mm and 300mm pump test circuits for water or mixture pumping tests and a 1:4 scale model of a hopper, which can be used for loading, unloading and fluidisation tests. The testing laboratory also has facilities for design and construction of other testing installations for various applications.
